Update on Jakob after the Honey Moon Phase is Over

Jakob has done very well. After the IEP meeting we started a daily Journal so

that I would know everything that happens at school and they would know what

happened at home. Since this he has completed all of his work. Jakob recieved

his own Ball chair and pencil grips from his OT and she will be completing

assessments over the next 2 weeks on Jakob. Other then yeaterday, when he was

extremely tired and cranky, he is doing well. Thanks for all your support!
