Guest guest
Hi I take Biocare's zinc ascorbate drops. Basically zinc and vit c in water, nothing else. I get them from Your Nutrition Shop. Because they're liquid they're supposed to be easily absorbed. I had a blood test done privately through Biolab to check all my mineral levels and zinc and magnesium were low. (my copper is fine)In my experience it's not easy convincing the nhs lab to test zinc, though you might find otherwise. Zinc has to be taken away from iron. I take mine before bed time. I take double the dose it says on the bottle because of being deficient. Guest guest
Hi , 15mg zinc gluconate is good, but I would suggest that you try to find one that also has 1mg copper in too as both minerals are vital and work together- taking zinc alone for a long time may deplete copper. holland and barrett do one.> thyroid treatment > From: tanyaking32@...> Date: Sat, 7 May 2011 10:48:26 +0000> Subject: Zinc> > Can anyone recommend a product to supplement zinc?does it ave to be taken with anything else and what is a good dose to ake?> Thank you> .x> > > > ------------------------------------> > TPA is not medically qualified.
