Question about supplement forms and dosages - chemical help needed

Hi.

My previous question about taking 300-400 mcg selenium a day was

because I have been thinking about taking one of those single dose

supplements four times a day to obtain greater doses and better

effects. Is that OK to do also?

The supplement we take has a thing called OptiZinc which is supposed

to be better absorbed and not interfere with copper absortion or

depletetion. Is taking that form of zinc OK? Or, since zinc's role in

the protocol is to decrease copper, is it better to take a regular

zinc supplement?
