Substitute for bakers yeast

Hi,

We would like to make bread for ds - I heard baking soda can

be used to bake cake but not bread. Is there any other

alternatives that we can use to bake bread?

Is the good non-colonizing yeast boulardii something we can

use?

Let us know the brand name if any & the supplier.

Yes, we are using gfcf flour.
