Guest guest
My son (4yr ASD, SCD since June) started enzymes back at the beginning of Oct. We're using the SCD version capsules, added no fenol first because phenols and yeast were a high priority, then Zyprime. Besides the usual adjustments and die off first few weeks we've seen great gains and by the end of Nov decided to add Peptizyde. That seemed to go well with no major initial reactions but slowly through December my son has begun to throw awful tantrums again (haven't seen them since starting enzymes), and they're getting worse and more often. My first thought was peptizyde since it was the last added, in every other way we still see great improvements, just the tantrums. I wondered since the only dairy he eats is the SCD goat yogurt if I should even be giving him Peptizyde? Or give just a small amount of peptizyde (he only gets about 1/8 cup yogurt a day) when he eats the yogurt? Or perhaps I'm just moving too fast with the enzymes? Appreciate any advice or experience anyone may have. Thanks! Beth (mother and son SCD since June 07, enzymes since Oct 07)
