I was using them, the main effect for us was that it

led to solid poops the following day. My son's eyes

are not as dark either. Now that we are using enzymes

and he is regularly having solid poops, I cut back on

the baths.

I noticed this; Epsoms Salts are Magneiusm orign disvored in Epsom

England; in the old days only Kings were allowed to use Epsoms;s salt

I really lkied that oinmnet recipie; Epsoms Salts are Magbesium crystals

Magneiusm is one of the few nutrients absorbed well transdermally.

This is why just soaking in epsoms salts restores health with MAG.

Magnesium is most closely assoicated with " muscle health. .

Hi . " More is not better " since higher amountsof anything will

overwhelm your body, and also throw off nutrients balances.

+++Hi Doris. Are you taking the correct amounts of calcium and

magnesium per day?

+++Hi Doris. Your doses are good if they are " elemental amounts " of

the correct cal/mag.

+++Since you've had leg cramps for 3 years and you haven't taken the

correct balance of cal to mag, your body is " retracing " the cramps

according to Hering's Law of Cures. So I may be 3 months before they

stop (1 month for every year).

The best, Bee

I have been giving my son Epsom Salt baths every other night. Bath night. I

first wash him with regular soap and then when we are done with the bathing we

add the salt. My friend just told me that it's not working due to the

nuetralizing from the bath soap. Is that true?

+++Hi Arianna. Yes you can give babies and children Epsom salt baths every day

or more often (3 times a day even).
