how badly did I mess up???

I misplaced my oral ala and oral dmsa (week-day work trip). I used the

remainder of the td dmsa as I wanted to do some chelation and not miss

an entire week (I use Andy's protocol)

I found both oral chelators on Saturday morning, but only gave the oral

ala as I was already doing td dmsa from Thursday evening. I finished

the td dmsa round on Sunday night. I will finish the oral ala round on

Tuesday am at 3:30.

Is this okish ?(I do not ever intend to do it again). Even though the

td dmsa is not there to soak up any mercury, I am following the oral

ala cycle,just a day and three doses off.
