I had to add that we drink distilled water here to. I'm a big Dr. R Schultz fan

and years ago I read in one of his newsletters that distilled water was the

" emptiest " water so it is very good for flushes and detoxing. We have been

drinking it ever since. I make the kids clear kool-aid with sacharin with it. We

get the deja blue bottles, and after we drink them we refill with the distilled.

Thanks. I am the only one I know that uses distilled for drinking.

glad to find someone else that does.

Why do you use distilled? lack of trust for contents in other waters

is my reason.

> We are using distilled water with no problems. We supplement the

minerals anyway. You indicated that your child was high in tin - it could

very well be your toothpaste. For Pat, it was the toothpaste and we switched

toTom's brand - no flouride, and now his labs show no tin.

We used to drink distilled and had been for a long time, but my husband read

somewhere that it will leach minerals from you so that you should not drink

distilled for an extended period of time, just for short periods for

detoxing. Since my son seems to have trouble with mineral deficiency, we

stopped drinking distilled as we wanted to eliminate any contributing

factors to his deficiency. Just something else to think about...
