Yeast die-off and black flecks?

Hi there!

My son, Owen (4), has been taking Klaire Therabiotics and Nutri-west

Yst-Dysbio-Cleanz for about 3 and a half weeks. I didn't notice any die-

off, initially, but I wasn't really watching his sugar intake. Since

I've limited it, we've had some definite behavior regression and LOTS

of black flecks in the poo. But I've been told that real yeast die-off

will look like a long stringy thing- haven't seen that, just the

flecks. Could it just be different for my child?
