Guest guest
What does it mean if my ds BMs are full of black specks and larger black spots and smell like ammonia? At my house, stringy meant yeast overgrowth. If you are giving anti-fungal, it can mean the yeast is dying off. Dana

Looks like its time to go soy free and cut way back on the berries, spinach, and chocolate. I dont have a problem eliminating soy, but have real concerns about eliminating too many foods. Will also look at increasing the biotin again and see if we cant kill more yeast. Karla
