Just exactly is 'low sugar'...is there a number that is okay and a number that is great while on Nystatin and Diflucan (one son on each). I obviously want to do what needs to be done to get rid of the yeast and the behaviors that I'm pretty sure it causes, but I'm also walking a fine line with my dh who already thinks I'm the food police - I've taken away yeast bread and most breads in general, candy, maple syrup, ketchup w/ vinegar, all the yeast fruits, peanut butter (oxalates), etc and he sincerely looks at me like I may have just lost my sense!
