To my knowledge no retesting with the amalgameter. I do not think

there were any x-rays done between removal. No gold in mouth. Have

not contacted the dentist, but probably should. I know the

Merc.free dentist where we lived in NC would have given a shot of

DMPS as a precaution. This guy didn't do anything like that. We

drove over an hour to go to this dentist, though. He seemed to take

all the special precautions that we knew about, but obviously there

are some that we didn't know about. He's actually looking much

better today. I'm pumping him with antioxidants and probiotics and

CLO. I will check out the suggestions I got from some others here

as well.

Glad he's feeling somewhat better. Personally, I would run from anyone giving

IV DMPS particularly to anyone who still has amalgams, so in my opinion it's

good that this dentist didn't.

What were they replaced with? Any gold in the mouth? Have you

contacted the dentist to see if he or she has any ideas what's going

on?
