Have you done food allergy testing? My guys lungs and skin would be a mess

if we didn’t eliminate all food allergens. The nose, breathing issues, all

related to food allergies. Prednisone is in my refrig at all times just in

case of a major issue. We are on Singular too but he has dust mite,

seasonally allergy issues. The list is long.

Can anyone share info on Quercetin?

I am considering this for my 5 year old son who is struggling with

Asthma, sinus, ect. He is not responding to his Albuterol and has been

on Singular for a month. It has gotten so bad that he is now on a

steroid(Prenisolone)because nothing is working. And I do not like this

steroid business..but he has to breathe. Has anyone tried this and

what have been your experiences?

Thanks

We really like Quercetin. My 5 yrs has been taking it everyday for the last

year. It helps with his eczema and sinus but I don't know about if it will work

on asthma.

Have you read Dr Bock's books on natural cures? His older one is

here:

And his newer one (and a terrific read) is:

Healing the New Childhood Epidemics: Autism, ADHD, Asthma and Allergies.

Quercetin can be helpful for many.

Removing dairy if you haven't done that already (enzymes may or may not be

helpful)

I think it is mentioned in a new book I just read called

Your Asthma-Free Child by Firshein,

It's either in there or his other book - Reversing Asthma.

He has a web site where you can discuss things with

him directly. His book was less than 150 pages and a

very good read. Had a number of great ideas. There

are 15 results from searching for quercetin on his site.

I'm also reading another one now called Live Free from

Asthma and Allergies by Cutler, Ellen W. (on BioSET)

Has anyone here used BioSET? Would you share your

experiences?

Thanks!
