Guest guest
I'd say do a trial of removing gluten & see what happens. We had gluten come back as OK, but nearly every other grain come back as not tolerated. Despite that gluten is not on his list from the testing, if he accidentally gets some, he does have reactions. There is a GFCFKids group who can tell you more. There is also a book called " Children with Starving Brains " by J. McCandless that explains this better than I can!
