Was a cover story in the NY Times couple of years ago. Criminal. I grew up in Syracuse. We partied on the lake, well on the grounds surrounding the lake. But Syracuse University, crew team, practiced on the lake. Had to walk in to get in the boats. Sick. NY is soooooo coorupt.
