When to give mito cocktail?

I started the mito cocktail last fall for both myself and my son, and we both

have done very well on it. We take the stuff with breakfast (which always has

fat). I am wondering if it would be better to break it up and give some of it

at each meal? Does it last all day- meaning that if we take the

acetyl-l-carnitine at breakfast, will it help us absorb fats at dinner? We take

more than that, just using it as an example.
