Guest guest
Debbie, Have you asked for a urine test? Cranberries are coming to my mind. I keep whole ones in the freezer and drop them in water like ice cubes. Very simple and pretty tasty - rather mild with just a few. Good luck. My neighbor had a really tough time with letting that sort of thing go too long before getting a doctor to check her. She was very sick. J In a message dated 11/6/2007 6:48:27 A.M. The Houston enzymes are working out great for my daughter but I've noticed something strange in the last two weeks. Her urine smells very odd and her hair is un-brushable. I've been giving her Epsom Salt baths daily for almost 2 years so she is clearly trying to detox something. She threw up one morning in the midst of having these smells and now she has developed a red, yeast-like rash from the strange smelling urine. My DAN suggested that she's excreting metals (we haven't done chelation) on her own. She's also exhibiting on and off aggressive behavior at school after months of consistent, non- hitting, non-pushing good behavior. I thought it must be yeast (caused by this detox/exreting) so I'm giving her Candidase 3 times a day which I started three days ago. I got some Oil of Oregano drops and some Biotin from the store today. My question for Dana or for anyone else who knows, is should I add GSE drops to accompany the Candidase? She's already on a strong Probiotic (Orthos Probiotic). Or with the possibility that it may be bacterial, should I go with Oil of Oregano since that takes care of yeast too? I'm trying to minimize the die off but I want this rash gone since it's bothering her enough that she doesn't want to go to the bathroom. And can I give her Oil of Oregano drops by rubbing them into her feet or does she have to take it orally? And when should I add Biotin? For maintenance after I'm finished with the Candidase? I'm using Lotrimin as a topical and the rash is SLOWLY improving. Any help would be appreciated.
