Guest guest
Do you know how much to give a 30 pound girl? I have been using Threelac and have not seen any changes. I thought I would see running poops so I have upped the dosage. Her twin who has a milder case of PDD NOS got the runs on the same lesser dosage. Both girls have yeast (red blotches) on thier butts that the doctor finally confirmed that it is candida. Where do you get the liquid form? What does the activated charcoal do? I am new to this diagnosis and would greatly appreciate any info you have. Thanks April <holden5577@...> wrote: - > Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I just bought my 4 1/2 yo son (about 37-ish pounds?) a bottle of 125mg Grapefruit Seed Extract tablets today. I am planning on crushing them and trying to mix them into his yogurt maybe. Is that ok to do? You want to wait at least 4 hours b/w GSE and a probiotic (yogurt). IT kills off all bacteria, good and bad, so giving it too close will make your probiotic ineffective. I use the drops and give b/w 3-4 drops in a smoothie to mask the taste. > * I've heard of yeast die-off. What are the symptoms to expect and when does it usually occur, I mean how long after starting GSE typically? For my son, he was screaming, inconsolable, appeared to be in pain. I would keep some activated charcoal on hand, just in case this does happen with your son. You can give it about 45 min after the GSE or when /if you start to notice die-off. Just don't use too close to vit/minerals as it will absorb all of them right up. WOuld want to wait about an hour. many children don't experience die-off, but mine did and it only happened once for about 3 hours. --------------------------------- Never miss a thing.
