Guest guest
Can you try a yeast fighter only for 3 days and then back off, like if your child has a long weekend off from school? We have purchased the yeast fighting kit from BCN and my 11 year old son really wants to fight the " yeasty beasties " but I am afraid to, because of die off, until school is out in early June. Is it bad to start and stop the stronger natural yeast fighters? I even have some GSE in the cupboard. We do have him up to 1 mg of Biotin per day (split into 2 doses, with magnesium in Natural Calm.) I know this isn't a very high dosage of Biotin but he starts getting headaches even at this level some days. He also takes Threelac packets (2 a day.) We are limiting fruits and juices. Any advice would be appreciated. I am counting the days until school gets out ;-) Thanks,

Yes, and depending on what you use, and how much yeast is there, and certain other factors, that might be sufficient. >> We have purchased the yeast fighting kit from BCN and my 11 year > old son really wants to fight the " yeasty beasties " but I am afraid to, because of die off, until > school is out in early June. We never had die off symptoms here, we just improved. >> Is it bad to start and stop the stronger natural yeast fighters? At my house, taking too much biotin caused headaches, so you might want to keep this dose, don't try to increase it. Dana
