Not tried Glutenease because I was happy with HNI, did use Kirkman before

HNI came out but for us HNI were a different gear completely

Just wanted to second this opinion! We,too tried Kirkmans first and

there was no comparison. We use all 3 enzymes with both children-

eldest is autistic daughter, youngest is typical boy with some adhd

tendencies. Houston enzymes are the one thing our family could not

live without!!

Gluten Ease is meant to be used along with either Digest or Digest Gold

by Enzymedica. I've heard it depends on your problem as to how

effective it is. If you are celiac, I'm told it isn't strong enough.

For more generalized gluten intolerance, it works. I use it and it

helps, but like I said, not strong enough for me to leave gfcf cuz I'm

pretty sure I have celiac. I also use it for potential cross-

contamination and for gluten infractions(along with the Digest) for me

and my son. Honestly, I think Houstons are probably stronger and

better, but I can't afford to spend 1 cent more than I'm paying now, so

I'm using these and gfcf diet instead of trying Houstons for now.
