hey guys,

just wondering, i started ALA yesterday, went through the night

12.5mg. I feel pretty good.. Maybe more energy? not sure yet, could

be me just thinking about it.

But i noticed this morning that I had a sharp shooting pain in my

right arm, and one in my left leg.. nothing too serious.. went away..

curious what things mercury may cause as its getting pulled out?

anyone experience these kind of symptoms or is this just way too

subjective of a process?

I get pains but with dmsa. Bone pain, which is probably metals

coming out of bones. ALA, could be nerve pain. Mercury does do

things to the nervous system. You will probably experience some odd

things like that from time to time.

I can't answer this specific question, but for me, pain in my

sides/kidney areas meant mineral deficiency. I use ALA.
