Dan, I let people know my personal experiences with the zapper, the cleanses and following her recommendations, which are all positive, as I feel a lot better today than I did 6 months ago, I was very sick at that time.

Do you think maybe doctors hate her so much because she really helps people to get better and stay better? There are literally no cures in the medical world, but a lot of money to be made on medicine, etc. What really bothers me is that the medical world has to know that parasites, bacteria, etc. is the basis of most, if not all disease in this world, the info is on several websites not even associated with Dr. . But , if they told us the truth, do you think they would be able to buy their new vehicles this year, as usual or would they have to become truly doctors interested in the health and well being of their fellow man? There is great power in the AMA and the FDA, they don't want to lose the power or the money. Some may think as I use to when I was so naive, that they really care for us , so we need to follow what they say. Not true, granted there are some docs who do very well by their patients and mean well with what they have to work with, they believe that medicine is the only way to go, because they don't know any better.

Those that call Dr. crazy, have they ever been terribly sick and then used her technology to get better and stay better? If not, then they have nothing to say.

However, Dan, after you have read her book or books and used her technology, you can decide on your own as to what to say to people that call her a quack, you'll know what to say. For now, keep reading her book.

, I was wondering what type of doctor you were and was so pleased to find out you are a Doctor of Chiropractic, just wonderful. So many times when someone says "Doctor", so many people think that the medical world owns that title exclusively. I always ask, "Doctor of what?" Just like "diet" doesn't always mean to lose weight, as so many assume in these times. Diet is a food regimen, whether it be to lose weight, gain weight, or improve nutritionally what one is eating. I think you answered Dan better than I did, but we are on the same wavelength. Our family has had better health through the years because of Chiropractic and I am aware of the "hell" they have gone through being called "quacks". Keep up the good work.

Don't defend her to your friends, it's not worth it, just like it's not worth defending any of the other alternative treatments. Let them see the results you get and wait until they ask questions, if they do. Also, tell them you have no interest in listening to their health complaints 'til they do some serious alternative work on themselves. THEN, IF it didn't help, you'll give them an ear and some sympathy.

Why don't the meds support these treatments??? Ha, they KNOW THE TRUTH, that if you do these things, you will be healthy and no longer spend time and money on them. They try to pretend that they don't understand it, or that it's too simple to work, or it might make things worse but, I'll say it again, they KNOW THE TRUTH, and they don't want you to know it.

What's really ironic is, I'm guessing here, but from my clinical experience for the past 25 years, 90% of the people, even if the M.D.'s offered these treatments along side their cut, burn, and poison treatments, would choose the passive treatments as opposed to the work it involves to treat the cause and really get well. Did you know that the drug companies are busy as bees developing drugs that only have to be taken once a day or even once a week because a high percentage don't even comply with their drug treatments?!?!?!?!

I have patients who will come in more often then needed for the _passive_ adjustment rather then exercise, eat better, manage stress. I told them in the 80's when their insurance would pay for all these treatments, they were making chiropractic look bad.......I even dismissed some of them as patients for non-compliance. Even now, when their insurance limits them to a certain number of treatments a year, they use them and then don't come back 'til the New Year.

Dan, I hope you'll choose to do some of Dr. 's treatments. May God bless you in your endeavors and those around you who choose to do the same.

Thanks for the kind words and support of chiropractic. I kinda miss the old days of true prejudice. One of my favorite jokes "this is a good day for quacks" said on a rainy day, goes over most peoples' heads these days <sigh> But, I am truly grateful that so many people are helped by it. How much, who knows, prevention is not gradable.

I would trust the chiropractor before I would trust a medico, like a physical

therapist. One reason for this is because my chiro hasn't given me bad advice

yet, but when i broke my wrist i was told by a physical thrapist that with

therapy I would get about 80% use of my wrist back and without therapy i

would be lucky to get 50% back. Well, without therapy I got 99% use of my

wrist back.

Also, while setting my wrist the medicos pinched a nerve that caused me to

lose deep feeling in my hand, this they tried to claim to be carpal tunnel

syndrome and told me i needed surgery for it. Well, knowing Dr s methods

i refused the durgery and sure enough, like I thought, when they removed

the pins and unpinched the nerve, the feeling returned.

I haven't seen my chiro be wrong yet, but i have consitantly seen medicos

be wrong.

In the end tho, you will have to make your own decision.

My hopes for your improvement.

I wish I could answer your question with a definitive 'yes' or 'no' but there's a lot that needs to be evaluated when determining if an osteoporitic spine can be adjusted. I use a light force technique, the Activator Method, and do adjust most of my patients. Some, I adjust around the area, and some I can adjust the compromised bones.

Find a chiropractor you can trust. Maintaining spinal alignment will help slow down the dis-ease process.

Best regards,

Hi Don and welcome,

Yes Zinc is good but I don't feel it will bring down this high of an E2 but

you did give us the units if they are in pg/ml you need arimidex .5 mgs.

everyday for about 6 weeks to get this back down then retest and drop the dose

to .25 every 3 days if your between 10 to 30 pg/ml.

As for the Zinc one needs to do 2mgs of Copper to every 50 mgs of Zinc. Zinc

lows your Copper.

Your dose of 200mgs a week was way to high to start it is best to start at

100mgs and keep E2 down.

That high dose drove up your E2.

I have Zinc Gluconate powder, Life Extension brand, its zinc content is

47.25mg per 1/8th teaspoon. I have started with 1/4th teaspoon tonight,

hopefully that will bring down my E2 problem, but im just guessing on dose.

My Testrostone Cyp dose was 200mg/week, now im on150mg starting this

Saturday, 7 day spacing, hopefully that will help too without killing the

positive effects Ive been getting so far.. Ive spent the last 5 years at a

level of 30-70ng/dl so all this T suddenly is really hitting me in a good

way.. :-)

Don,

Your E2 is WAY to high!!!! I'm sure that lot of members more

knowledge than I will respond to you post but ideally your E2 shoud

be somewhere between 20 and 50. I don't thin zinc supplements will

get you there. What is your Total T and Bio-Available T levels?

With an E2 level at 116 they are probably through the roof. I

believe that most mebbers of theis forum inject around 100mg of

Test. Cyp. per week. Also, does you vial of Testosterone Cyp state

200mg/ml?...if so you would only draw 1/2 ml for a 100mg injection.

Anyway 200mg/wk is a lot.

Best of Luck to you and your continued success.

Well, several levels are off

September 14th AM:

Testosterone, Serum 910ng/dl HIGH Reference 241-827ng/dl

ESTRADIOL 116pg/ml HIGH Reference 13-54pg/ml

PROLACTIN 66.1ng/ml HIGH, Reference 2.0-18.0ng/ml

T3 Total 194ng/dl HIGH, Reference 60-181ng/dl

Prolactin was most likely raised due to the side effect of one of the meds I

was on, im off it now and am on a med that dosnt have that effect.

No negative symptoms yet, function still good, I have gynecomastia from a

long time at castrate levels though.

Well function is good in comparison to pre-TRT levels, I really don’t have a

baseline, ive been like this most my adult life. I get nighttime erections a

lot, its noticeable as im a light sleeper.

My PRE-TRT level T level was 37ng/dl. Aug 18th.

My dose was set originally at 200mg or 1CC test-cyp in order to build up my

T quickly, I was in a really bad depression cycle and had to get something

done ASAP, I have been lowered to 0.75CC or 150mg, next step is 100.. My

doctor dosnt want to lower me too quickly, is what I was told, are there

many negative effects of lowering too fast? Right now im seeing really good

benefits, I don’t want to screw that up, but I understand having so many

excess female hormones is harmful and counterproductive, and will also make

my gynecomastia worse.

I see my doctor next wed again, I am going to ask for an anti-estrogen.

Nolvqdex is the least expensive on my formulary, but

Arimidex is also on it. but much more expensive, is one much better than

the other?

hopefully that will bring down my E2 problem, but im just guessing on dose.

My Testrostone Cyp dose was 200mg/week, now im on150mg starting this

Saturday, 7 day spacing, hopefully that will help too without killing the

positive effects Ive been getting so far.. Ive spent the last 5 years at a

level of 30-70ng/dl so all this T suddenly is really hitting me in a good

way.. :-)

When I was very high like this the only thing that worked was Arimidex and my

health care paid for it. I had to take a half a pill everyday then went down to

1/4 of a pill every 5 days to keep it down other wise I was going to low.

No negative symptoms yet, function still good, I have gynecomastia from a

Well function is good in comparison to pre-TRT levels, I really don’t have a

My PRE-TRT level T level was 37ng/dl. Aug 18th.

My dose was set originally at 200mg or 1CC test-cyp in order to build up my

doctor dosnt want to lower me too quickly, is what I was told, are there

many negative effects of lowering too fast? Right now im seeing really good

benefits, I don’t want to screw that up, but I understand having so many

excess female hormones is harmful and counterproductive, and will also make

my gynecomastia worse.

I see my doctor next wed again, I am going to ask for an anti-estrogen.

Nolvqdex is the least expensive on my formulary, but

Arimidex is also on it. but much more expensive, is one much better than

Hi Don and welcome,

Yes Zinc is good but I don't feel it will bring down this high of an E2 but

you did give us the units if they are in pg/ml you need arimidex .5 mgs.

everyday for about 6 weeks to get this back down then retest and drop the

dose to .25 every 3 days if your between 10 to 30 pg/ml.

As for the Zinc one needs to do 2mgs of Copper to every 50 mgs of Zinc. Zinc

lows your Copper.

Your dose of 200mgs a week was way to high to start it is best to start at

100mgs and keep E2 down.

That high dose drove up your E2.

Been realizing how tired I have been the last few weeks.. Depression has

been creeping up on me too, and function is going away again, no morning

erection or any actually all day… That’s depressing in itself after having

good function for a few weeks…

Im asking for some Arimidex to get this under control quick, do you know

what size pill that was?

Arimidex comes in 1mg. small pills you need to cut them in to 4 parts and start

with 1/4 of a pill every 3 days.

With levels at 116 you could probably do 1/2 a tablet for the first

couple days or even a full tablet the first time.

Try .25mg every 3rd day. Dropping levels too rapidly may increase the

incidence of side effects of any drug being used. Arimidex is not

without its side effects, even for men.

There is a good site for looking up almost any drug called drugs.com

Hi Phil,

I haven't posted for a long time because things were going ok

but lately I have been having problems again. No wood and no

libedo. I am wondering where I should be on Estradiol with a

range of 20-75. Mine came back at 55. Is that high or low for

me? I will try to adjust Arimidex if it is off. Didn't you say

it should be in the upper 1/3 of range?

Blessings,

Roy

Chickenbirdtree, interesting, you will hear from Phil before making a final

decision, but I do best when my estrogen level is close to thirty or below.

When I think of upper one third, I think of testosterone level.

Hi Roy 55 is way to high you need to keep your E2 between 20 to 30 it

is your Testosterone you keep in the upper 1/3 if your lags range

your just high enough to cause problems. Do your Arimidex every 5

days if your still doing it every 7.

It's allways good to hear from you I pray your doing good.

Hey Phil,

Thanks for your answer. My question really is this. My range

is different than yours is, note that I said the range is

20-75 I think you said yours was a completely different range

than that. I got mixed up on the upper 1/3 I guess. That is

supposed to be Testosterone isn't it? Just where would you

guess my E2 should be with that upper and lower of 20-75. Are

you saying that it should still be around 20 to 30? What was

your range according to your lab test?

Yes I am doing pretty well for an 84 year old kid. I found me

a new vacum system and it is working much better than the old

one. The VA is now sending me Vardenafil now too which helps

on expenses. Seems to work as well but not as lont as Cialis.

God bless you Phil for hanging in there every day to help guys

like me. I have learned a lot on here. My Endocrinologist still

doesn't want to give me Arimidex so I get it elswhere and it

does work believe me. Thanks Phil!

Ever blessing,

Roy

Roy if you get your wood back and it's everyday then if you did a test your

would know what level is working. Bottom line is you don't need to know what

level works only the levels when you to high and don't have wood. Your labs are

not for men you need a test that goes below 20 yet this is good for finding your

to high. Your need a sensitive test for men range is 13 to 56 pg/ml as for the

best range it for most men is 10 to 30 best at 20 some men do good at 40 so

there is no rule just use your wood as a gauge.

Thanks Phi for the answer. The number doesn't matter as much as

knowing when you have the right one for you. Gotcha! When I get

wood back check the number.

Thanks again

I don't think you need to know the number just keep your wood going you know

that if your doing arimidex and it stops your going to low. So stop untill wood

comes back then go back on it but do less. If you stop and it does not come

back then you were going back up so start back on it but do a little higher

dose.

My Total T come back on the high side and my Dr. told leave it because if we

change it then my E2 will be a mess again. My Free T is good and I am doing now

..5mgs every other day and staying at 20 and doing good.

I immunized my child on time (on the spectrum) until she was five and then

filed for an exemption. I had to write a paragraph explaining my basis for the

exemption and I simply said that I didn't realize the potential for harm

regarding vaccinations at the time I vaccinated my daughter. Since I was filing

for

a religious exemption, I noted how in Christianity the body is the temple,

and I couldn't further expose my daughter to possible further physical damage

now that I was more educated on the matter. I don't know if this helps...I am

not from CA.

Hey, all. I'm Angie, mom to two (one with autism) and babysitter of two

on the spectrum as well. I have a really quick question that I need

answered soon, if anyone can help. We live in Ca, and I have an

immunization exemption question. My neighbor, the one I babysit for, is

going to be enrolling her three yr. old in the public preschool that

belongs to one of the schools here. She has immunized on time, up until

she met me and I got hold of her! Ha! Now, her IEP meeting is coming

up, or should I say it's continued. They stopped midway through the

meeting so the school psych. could get to another meeting. Here's our

problem. I have heard of people getting hassled if they have previously

immunized their kids, and then apply for an exemption. Does anyone have

any experience with this? I told her she has the right to change her

mind at any point, but we want to know before she walks in, what to

expect and what her rights are. Also, the lady that comes to see her

son twice a week from creative home services said that the 'laws were

changing and parents aren't allowed to exempt their kids,' which I told

her was bull, but wanted to know if anyone has caught wind of this and

whether it's just a rumor, or simply someone not knowing what they're

talking about. Any ideas on all of this?
