OT: Cromolyn (gastrocrom) for food allergies

Has anyone used this on their child for severe food allergies? My

DAN! just told me today to research it and see if I like it and if I

do he will rx it for my 1 year old. She only has 6 foods she can eat

and she is reacting to one of them, so we're looking to stop the

reactions.

I am having trouble finding the ingredients listing so I do not know

what is in it, but any experience would be much appreciated. Any

reason a mercury toxic child shouldn't be on it?
