Guest guest
Every time my boys get sick with some kind of cold virus or any kind of congestion, it does cause them a lot of regressions with their sensory issues, behaviours, etc. How much vitamin C is too much for young children? My boys are 3 1/2. I am currently giving them about 4-5000 mg per day spaced out over the course of the day. Also, where can I get Lysine and what is a good brand? Dana and Garrett, 3 years old as of Mar 24 SCD One Year!!!!! My kids required carnitine for proper absorption of the vitamin C. It will tend to cause yeast overgrowth if it is pulling out viruses, so watch for that. >>Also, where can I get Lysine and what is a good brand? Local health food store. I use Henry's brand. Look for a brand with very few additives and fillers. Dana
