Guest guest
We just started doing mb12 shots every third day. Altho, at this point (2 weeks in) I'm not seeing any of the benefits for him. Just seeing mostly negatives such as more hyperness, fogginess and pretty unfocused. > Is folinic acid the same thing as folic acid? Guest guest
Again, go to Dana's site. Explains alot about B vitamins. Combinations to use etc, and how b vitamins can increase yeast issues. http://www.danasview.net/supps.htm sabels_4 <nmsabel@...> wrote: We just started doing mb12 shots every third day. But they are basically the same thing. >> The doctor we are > working with wants us to add folinic acid - 200 mg to our son's > protocol and I can't seem to find it. Or, Kirkman sells folinic http://www.kirkmanlabs.com/ Dana

My son needed folic acid and carnitine for proper absorption of the mB12, plus it did tend to increase yeast at first. Dana
Guest guest
Thanks for the explanation! Yes, she did mean mcg! I found some at a HFS, but it's 800 mcg in tablet ~ i'm going to see if I can quarter it to use. > > > > Is folinic acid the same thing as folic acid? > > > It is more bioavailable, and some kids need folinic instead of folic. > But they are basically the same thing. > > > >> The doctor we are > > working with wants us to add folinic acid - 200 mg to our son's > > protocol and I can't seem to find it.
