Give the CoQ10 with something [food or supp] containing fat. Zinc on an empty stomach can cause nausea and vomiting. My son needed folic acid and carnitine for proper absorption of mB12. Give SNT in the morning and early afternoon. [Most supplements are best given as divided doses throughout the day.] Dana
