So therefore, it is likely that a breakfast food, or one of the

following supplements, is causing the problem

colostrum and l-lysine (empty stomach AM)

Vit c, msm, iron, coq10, biosil, Diosmin, GSE (with breakfast)

CoQ10 without fat can cause nausea. GSE can, depending on how much

you take, altho at my house, we would have to take a LOT of GSE to

eliminate the yeast caused by some of your other supps.

I don't know what are biosil and diosmin.

That should not be too much to cause nausea, especially if you take it

with food. It would not, however, been enough to eliminate the yeast

overgrowth caused by the lysine and vitamin C at my house.

> When should I take the OLE? Am or pm?

At least 2 hours apart from the lysine.

>>Do I need extra yeast control

> if I add the OLE?

I did.

OoO helps with yeast and bad bacteria, so usually you don't need

anything extra for yeast while taking it. You might not tolerate it

tho, my son didn't.

If the ear pain is caused by bad bacteria instead of yeast, OoO will

help, because it helps with both.

It usually helps with yeast overgrowth.

This might be a reaction to a supplement.

Is

> I am so sick of yeast!!!!!

Yep, I was tired of it too.

Biotin deficiency. Zinc and folic acid can also help.

Yeast overgrowth, biotin deficiency.

> sinus headache and pressure

This was yeast overgrowth at my house, and a few food intolerances.

Dana,

Can I take my new probiotic with Candidase? It contains the following:

Rice maltodextrin, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus

plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei,

Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus salivarius, Bifidobacterium

bifidum and Bifidobacterium longum).

I took the new probiotic last night and I tossed and turned all

night. I know that it is killing the yeast and I would rather deal

with die-off at night so it doesn't interfere with work and college,

but I would like to make the die-off experience a little less

severe. If I take the Candidase with the probiotic at night, will

the die-off be a little more bearable? I feel as if I am making

progress. Slowly, but surely. I took Oil of Oregano this morning

and I was so sick to my stomach and had a " flu-like " feeling. It

lasted for over an hour and then subsided. I am going to go slow on

the oil of oregano. If the Candidase will help with the probiotic

die-off, then I think I will see even more progress.

Thanks,

paula

I don't see a yeast strain of probiotic here, so you can probably take

it with Candidase.

Depends. Sometimes yes and sometimes it will accelerate the die off,

causing more die off issues.
