Guest guest
I'm feeling overwhelmed by all my dd's supplements, enzymes and medications. I was feeling like I had a handle on it but lately she's been very hyper at bedtime. She has also been pretty uncooperative at school. We're hoping the winter break will do her some good. But I got to thinking, wondering if the supplements were causing these issues. She is on: B12 - transdermal - given in the afternoon or evening Glutothione - transdermal - given in the afternoon or evening Zinc - transdermal - given in the afternoon or evening Magnesium - transdermal - evening CLO - transdermal - afternoon MB12 shots - every 3 days Lithium - transdermal - afternoon Calcium - powder mixed in water throughout day Malic acid - powder mixed with water throughout day Melatonin w/magesium - as needed at bedtime 5HTP - as needed at bedtime Trienza - sprinkled on food at least 3x a day and with non gf/cf foods Probiotic - 1x a day sprinkled on food (not with trienza) Also we just started Nystatin for yeast. Orally 2x a day. Which is very hard to get into her. I guess my question is....What would a good schedule for her supplements be? Could any of these be causing the problems we're having? Also, I found a multivitamin, in powder form, I want to start giving her with her food. Is it okay to give it with her enzymes or probiotic? Or should it be given by itself? Thanks in advance,
Guest guest
> B12 - transdermal - given in the afternoon or evening This can cause hyper, especially if not given with folic acid, and at my house carnitine. It can also cause yeast overgrowth. > Glutothione - transdermal - given in the afternoon or evening Can cause yeast. > Calcium - powder mixed in water throughout day This should be given with magnesium. > I guess my question is....What would a good schedule for her > supplements be? Try moving most of them, except the melatonin and magnesium, to earlier in the day. > Also, I found a multivitamin, in powder form, I want to start giving > her with her food. Guest guest
O.K., right off I noticed the B-12 in the evening-that causes hyperness. Also on the probiotic-I would give it alone but the multivitamin can be given with the enzymes. If you need any more help write Dana in you subject line along with your title. I believe she is on this site too. I know for a fact she is on GFCFkids. If you can't find her let me know and I will get her e-mail for you.
