Guest guest
My son has SOOOO many food sensitities, I am just going out of my mind. We just lost blueberries and hummos which is an everyday snack for him and has been for a year now. We have been on all three houstons for 8 months and his food intolerances are still increasing. In fact, it's like the no-fenol isn't as effective as it once was. He was doing so great with language, answering questions, talking about things that were relevant and occupational therapy but now he is scripting most of the time and big time obsessing and waking up at night scritpting from his books. He has always been VERY phenol sensitive and he becomes very autistic when I give him any of the B vitamins. So-I heard the phenol/B vitiamin sensitivity could be caused by a weak liver and I also think the recent regression must be a yeast issue. We have never treated for yeast except for enzymes and pro biotics. How do I unravel this current puzzle? yeast first? with candidase or (our DAN doc says prescriptions work better). How do I help strengthen my son's ability to detox and take some of the load off his liver, if that's what the case is? Is chelation hard on the liver? So far we have kept his care very natural and simple, using only homeopathy but our current course is just not as effective as it once was. I'm really bummed and exhausted, it's like I know what's negativly affecting my little boy but I just don't know how to get rid of it. Guest guest
> My son has SOOOO many food sensitities, I am just going out of my mind. My son tolerated nothing. I used HNI enzymes and rotated foods to learn what he tolerated with the enzymes. > We have been on all three houstons for 8 months and his food intolerances are still > increasing. In fact, it's like the no-fenol isn't as effective as it once was. What other supplements do you give? Is yeast under control? Have you chelated? I know one child who had intolerances that even enzymes did not address. She is doing well with Pentasa. >>now he is scripting most of the time and big time obsessing and > waking up at night scritpting from his books. At my house, this was eliminated with yeast control, anti-virals, and mB12/TMG/folic acid/carnitine. >>He has always been VERY phenol sensitive > and he becomes very autistic when I give him any of the B vitamins. B vitamins tend to cause yeast overgrowth. What does the yeast protocol look like? >>How do I unravel this current puzzle? yeast first? with candidase or (our DAN > doc says prescriptions work better). Try biotin and GSE. Other ideas here http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm >> How do I help strengthen my son's ability to detox > and take some of the load off his liver, Give milk thistle and taurine. Biotin will help control the yeast. >>Is chelation hard on the > liver? Depends on the chelator. I used ALA, which actually supports the liver.
