-That will work. Enamel wear is great, or anything all glass.

400 series stainless is nickel free IF you can find it.

Stay away from ceramic bakeware like corelle, corning wear, they use

lead in the glaze. Search the old posts..there are many on safe

cookware. Some are using Le Cruset I think, but it is pricey. Others

use iron cookware, but you cannot use it if you have a ceramic

cooktop.

hello, since I have belonged to these groups the topic of safe cookware has come

up several times, and I can't find any of the posts that I swear I had saved on

the topic. What are the guidelines or name brands that are suggested? I like the

idea of glass pots, and dishes, I have cast iron for skillets, thanks! Libby
