In the allergy world we always call them allergy shiners. Gosh, just a

really I don't feel good kind of thing. If not on enzymes, start. Try some

of the GFCF diets and keep a food diary.

GFCF, means wheat and dairy free. So obviously your sour cream is out, find

a soy based butter or corn, not sure of a good sub for sour cream. Maybe

someone can chime in on that one. We do fleischmans light in the tub, blue

cover, corn based. I'm sure someone can recommend a good soy based one.

When doing wheat free, not sure if everyone also avoids gluten too. We are

wheat and gluten free here, along with all dairy & soy. Gluten can be found

in alcohol, so products like vanilla, you have to go with real vanilla.

Dairy has two components to it too, casen and whey. Some can do one and not

the other. I've not studied the entire casen/whey challenge, will soon,

when you want to figure out which food to hit to test for one or the other.

There are great web sites. For wheat free follow the celiac web sites. I

used to carry in my purse a listing of all the different names milk can be,

soy, wheat, but now I just know my products, make a lot of the same foods

and the world is good.

Does any one have the web site on such a great tool per allergy, the names

that might contain those allergens. I don't have it booked mark with my

" new " computer.

Are phenolic foods the only cause? I am wondering if upper respiratory

congestions due Dust mites, molds in the environment are also a factor

in undereye circle.

I've read that it's a sign of distress of the nose, lack of oxygen.

The conditions of allergy are often chronic so that along with the

circles, the mouth is often open, both attempting to compensate

for clogged nasal airways.

It's debated whether environmental or food sources are the main

cause. Chances are, they're both involved.

I have used cal/mag, several different vitamins, NAC, Culturelle,

certain supplements for liver support, certain aminos. I had good

results with some and not good results with others.

For OCD, that was viral at my house. Try giving vitamin C and yeast

control, see if that helps.
