Guest guest
One method is indeed to soak the whole seeds (not ground) in COLD (room temp) water for 2 hours or so, and then drink the water, seeds and all. This is a wonder healing aid for the digestion tract. Ronen. Guest guest
hi How much seeds would be an amount to try. say 1/4 cup seed with a cup of water. or would one need one cup of seed to get enough oil for the day. Would one get oil out of seeds doing it this way? thanks Calvin On Wed, 17 Oct 2001 20:34:05 +0200 " Ronen Atour-Gad Yehiav " writes: One method is indeed to soak the whole seeds (not ground) in COLD (room temp) water for 2 hours or so, and then drink the water, seeds and all. Guest guest
Start with very few seeds - 1/4 glass of water with the tip of a teaspoon of seeds. You digest the oil, and by soaking the water - you activate the seeds. Ronen. Guest guest
We are into our 17th round of chelation with ALA AC's protocol. We are seeing improvements with every round, but language is still a big issue here. We are trying to add omega 3's. My son could not tolerate Carlson's Cod Liver Oil in the past. I'm not sure if he can take the flax oil. Which one would be more beneficial? Roasted ground flax seeds or flax seed oil? Is one preferred over the other? If so, why? Thanks, Madhuri
Guest guest
Roasting/heating the seeds will wreck the benefits of the oils, probably turning them into the transfat version. > > We are into our 17th round of chelation with ALA AC's protocol.
