He's never been tested but he had the same smelling urine last night since

unfortunately he wet the bed again. Its definitely a smell like boiled

shellfish, not fruity. The other really odd thing is he's been casein free for

18

months and off and on he gets sour milk breath.

Has your son been tested for Pyroluria? Kids with Pyroluria can have

odd-smelling breath and/or body fluids. Usually, it's described as a

" fruity " smell, (not shrimp), but I thought I'd mention it, just in case.
