Guest guest
This is actually a repost from my question about where to get No-Fenol, but think it may have gotten missed because it was an afterthought and beyond the question I asked. I'm running out of time before we leave for a vacation, so don't want to be adding B vits with the No-Fenol while we're gone and daughter is supervising if that is a bad thing. I read what I could find at Houston Enzyme and didn't see any mention. > > I read in the files that phenol intolerant kids can have problems with > B vitamins, but I wasn't clear if that meant they didn't tolerate Bs > well, or they need more Bs. Right now my son gets a combo B that has: > > Niacin (as niacinamide) 5mg > B-6 ( as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 2mg > Folic Acid 400mcg > B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 6mcg > Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate) 10mg > > He's full grown - 17 yo, 6 foot, 160 lbs. We were clueless about the nutritional possibilities. Sometimes I feel like this information is just so overwhelming, and that I should be making more changes more quickly. I feel a bit inept! But, I'm taking baby steps so I can keep up with it all.
