adrenal cortex side effects

Two days ago, I started taking Allergy Research Group Adrenal Cortex

and Allergy Research Group Adrenal. Our DAN! has observed a lot of

success with using both together. I am taking one cap of each, two

times a day.

I've noticed a few side effects, and I am wondering what they mean.

One, I feel stomach upset, especially if taken without food. Two,

after two days, I have noticed mild back pain in the middle, sides of

my back. Three, I am producing much more BM than previously.

Also, is there any problem with taking these supplements during

pregnancy?
