ALA and pimples on face

We are on the 11th round (last four with ALA8mg+DMSA10mg down to 6mg)

for our almost 6 yrs daughter.Since we started ALA, she developed

the tiny pimples on her face. They are like tiny grains under the

root of the skin hair. They are skin color, not itchy at all,

but more and more seem to come out.

I'm cocerned that they are there to stay! Anyone has had this happen?

What could it be? We didn't change her skin care lotion. She does sweat

more lately. No constipation though.
