Dr. dragging feet because he doesn't want to prescribe LDN

I skipped my last Remicade IV because i was hopeful that my gastro dr.

would see the light and write me a prescription for LDN. I now believe

he is not going to do that, and I need to find a source for LDN and go

ahead with it without the gastro dr's involvement. Should I use a

telephone consult with someone....read that was poossible. It seems a

bit scary to just go ahead without the dr.'s help, but I do not wish to

continue with Remicade and desperately want to try LDN. I'm still

looking for a dr. to prescribe. If a dr. treating MS patients is

prescribing LDN, is it likely that he might also prescribe for a

Crohn's patient? Give me some suggestions.
