Zinc Picolinate

We are to give our daughter zinc picolinate because of severe zinc deficiency.

The brands I have

been able to find have copper in them. Does anyone have a brand they like

without the copper. It

needs to be gf/cf. She is also allergic to soy, rice, eggs, and nuts. Thank

We have used zinc picolinate by Swanson Health Products and by Thorne

Research. We also like zinc mono-methionine by Vitamin Research

Products. These are all hypoallergenic (my son is also highly

allergic) and do not contain copper.

Hi,

We use Pic-mins trace minerals by Thorne - you can't order directly from them

anymore so we have our local " wellness center " (supplement shop) order it and we

go in and pick it up.

easy on the stomach, he also told us that zinc picolonate is the most well

tolerated form of zinc. We have found that zinc is very hard to supplement but
