Some people have trouble holding onto magnesium and in that case Taurine at 250 mgs helps to keep the magnesium. I would try what you have and if that doesn't work investigate the mag/taurine. I have only ever given a 46 lber 500 mgs per day although I have talked to people giving twice that so I have no idea.
