How nice to hear an adult describe it! :-) Yes, I suspect that is yeast. > I'm going to start taking some natural yeast remedies and if it > becomes uncontrolable, I'll buy some 200mg caps of Nizoral. Is that okay? I don't know about Nizoral, but I will be interested to see how the naturals go for you. Would you mind keeping us updated? I know it is a sensitive situation, but it could really be valuable for those of us whose kiddos are yeast machines..... > We're also taking every six hours vitamins (A, Bs, C, E), minerals and > L-Carnitine. Guest guest
yup, that happens and nizoral is the only thing that got it under control for me but im on much lower doses of ALA than your using (of what?). If it doesn't work, try lower dosing of your chelator. Probably not a good idea to use nizoral long term as it can damage your liver. After three weeks mine got under control (except for some carb cravings which could still be minerals and or adrenals instead of yeast) and i keep it there with Thorne Undecyn, but others use Kolorex, Grapefruit seed extract etc. Reports are that the yeast decreases with time, sometimes up to a year of chelation. Eating plenty of unpreserved sauerkraut/ doing Body Ecology Diet will help heaps. Never eat sugar, have you tried Stevia for sweeties? Good Luck, they're beastie little yeasties aren't they? Regards, Kelle. > > Hi, > > I've just started chelating myself and my brother today at noon. We're > dosing 20mg every two hours and we've taken 5 doses already. Guest guest
> Are you taking enough mag and that kind of thing? We're taking 400mg of Magnesium spread through the day, 100mg per dose 4x. It's half of what we *should* be taking according to Cutler, but it's only for this first round, while our compounded Mg+Zn isn't ready. We're taking this multi supplement by Life Extension Foundation called Two-per-day.
