Thanks, those are lovely links. I think you guys are right - I fit the

adrenal profile to a T.

I always wondered why my body seemed to need so much dietary cholesterol.

It makes sense now. And without the red meat, my intake has probably

sharply dropped.

The suppliments list reccomends pregnenalone, DHEA and glandulars. This

seems a little redundant. From what I understand, pregnenalone is the

precursor to DHEA. Is there a known conversion issue between the two in

adrenal fatigue? Is that why both are reccomended?
