Permanent Decorating advise

Hi,

I have had s DOC band decorated since 12/28/00 and it still looks

like I did it yesterday!

I decided that I wanted stickers on her band, but I didnt want to change

them out.

I decorated the band the way I wanted it to look with the stickers, then

lifted

up each sticker and super glued it to the band. Then once all the

stickers

where superglued down, I used a product called Mod Podge to coat the

entire

helmet. Mod Podge goes on just like Elmers glue and dries clear. Once

that

was dry, I spayed it with clear Acrylic.

It took a couple of hours because I put about 4 coats of Mod Podge over

the stickers.

Then I put about 4 coats of Acrylic. Every now and then (about every 2

weeks), I

spray the band with 1 coat of Acrylic because the 99% Isoprophyl Alcohol

I use eats

it if Im not careful!!

Good luck - and trust me - this is permanent!!!
