I meant to e-mail you back the other day and point you in this direction, but my computer crashed just as I finished the e-mail and I never got it redone. We have Aetna Managed Choice, and they paid for 's DOC band at 100%. As I recall, we're using the same docs. Did Aetna tell you anything specifically about the DOC band and why they wouldn't cover it? What " type " of Aetna do you have?
