I'm doing NAET and BioSet now with a woman out of Lafayette

California. Not sure if it's working yet, but I'm thinking it

does. My allergies for foods are more IgG responses so it's harder

to know if certain things are working. The woman I see I trust a

great deal, and has done it for a long time. It definitely works,

but obviously probably not for everybody. Just depends on who your

going to and what is causing your problems I believe.

We did Crossinology--which is applied kinesiology--with a very highly

recommended practitioner and saw nothing. She also said she could clear

vaccine

residue from the brain--again we saw nothing. It was a lot of money--for

nothing.

Apologize for reposting, all comments are welcomed if you may have

missed the first time around

Many thanks again

So if anyone has first hand experience in either of these practices

and wouldn't mind sharing I would appreciate it. If it is not

related to asthma but allergies that o.k. Would love to hear your

experience as well

Thanks, for any response in advance

In last few years read allot about NAET and Applied Kinesiology

looked into but never heard directly from parents. Most of what I

read has been mixed response. The only thing I know seems to be

most important is ya really need a good doc who knows their stuff as

far as treatments to be effective. I have been looking for a

practitioner for a while and recently have found two that may be

worth going to. One is a certified applied kinsesioligist who has

been well trained in NAET. The other is a BioSET Practitioner. (Not

sure how this may differ?)

Little background

We have been mostly on a restricted diet over 6 years along with

biomedical intervention. We now have well over two years of chelation

under our belts. My son has cleared many food intolerance's, gut

issues and is doing excellent health wise Btw (thought chelation

would clear the rest up by now)… " . Still going slow and steady " . But

one thing he still suffers from is seasonal allergies and asthma is

not getting any better. So now am considering trying these practices

before looking into any Rx alternatives such as singular or

Accolate.

To date I have only spoken to 2 parents who are currently using a

practitioner. Kiddo's seems to be doing ok but they are not sure if

anything has been " cleared as of yet. " And or haven't heard a %100

confirmation

So if anyone has first hand experience in either of these practices

and wouldn't mind sharing I would appreciate it. If it is not

related to asthma but allergies that o.k. would love to hear your

experience as well

What technique was used?

What things were cleared?

If so did they stick?

Did you ever confirm these with allergy tests?

How did they clear them and how many treatments have you gone to see

those results.

Thanks, as always my best

AK- Applied kinesiology, when used properly by someone who knows what

he/she is doing can work wonders for certain things. When my kids

were younger, we went to the kinesiologist first. If he couldn't fix

it, then we went to the M.D.

It works well for things like generally not feeling well, flu,

diarrhea/constipation, balancing organs and systems, and anything

physical such as injuries, bursitis, stiff neck, etc. It also works

VERY well for someone who is out of sorts in any way. I used to take

my kids in and ask the Chiro/kinesiologist to " adjust their attitude. "

He did. When one of my sons was at a point where he was a teenager

who was getting a little aggessive,(he was provoked)-- and I was

afraid he might get into it with others, I had the kinesiologist

balance him, and the agression stopped.

The Chiropractor/kinesiologist could not resolve my son's Crohn's

disease, but could make him more comfortable. I do not know if AK has

worked with autistic children's problems.

I do know it can work to some extent with ADHD and learning problems.

There is a high level of Kinesiology called Specialized Kinesiology

- specifically " One Brain " or " Three in One Concepts " . It tends to

" treat " and not cure. But, in my experience it can be helpful. I

have a nephew who is multiply handicapped. He has had much

kinesiology through the years, and is much better off than he would

have been without it.

It is supposed to help allergies, but I don't think it sticks. Quite

a few of my family members have done this, but not much success.

NAET - Mixed, again. I have friends and family who feel that NAET

saved their lives. I also know some who said it didn't do diddly. My

sister - a nurse - is now a NAET practitioner. She has absolute faith

in it. She became involved in NAET because her daughter was

constantly sick from birth. She had asthma, and daily treatments and

meds. She received NART, and now (age 6) is rarely sick and no longer

on asthma treatments or meds. She does get seasonal allergies, and my

sister treats her as needed.

My sister was working carefully with a child with handicaps and many

allergies. She made much progress with her allergies and general

state of health - when the parents cooperated with the protocol.

It's important to follow the protocol of doing all basic treatments

(about 15), clearing them, before going on to other allergens. And, as

you said, the practitioner must be competent.

I've had many NAET treatments (most not from my sister, as she is in

another state). I got help, but not cure. I'm still struggling with

some major allergies, which I think ARE linked to hg toxicity. When I

get treatments, I go into major detox for 24-36 hours. It is not

comfortable. I haven't figured it all out yet. I think my

practitioner was sloppy. It is also hard to comply with food

restrictions, but it sure makes you aware of allergens and foods!

Not much is going to be 100%. Each person is an individual, and you

can't predict how they'll respond to something. Even identical twins

are different. My son has Crohn's. With identical twins, one may

have it, one may not. They may respond differently to treatments.

The one thing that I can say is positively remarkable is Craniosacral

Therapy. My son and I are both receiving CST. It has brought me from

extremely ill to mostly okay. Since my son began treatment, his gut

symptoms have decreased significantly, and his whole personality has

improved. His attitude, energy, and state of being have jumped up

several major notches.

Best wishes.

Thank you for taking the time to reply and share your

experience. Would still love to hear more success stories from

biomedical parents applying NAET and or Applied Kinesiology

especially those who may have had a dramatic effect. Perhaps similar

profile as my kiddo, these are the ones help make decisions upon

giving it a try.

It has been not only the success stories that help but also honest

reports from parents that are willing to share the not so good

outcome of any given intervention. I have learned so much over the

years

I had 6 months of NAET and nothing held. I tried Bioset, that didn't

work either. My in-laws wanted to help me with my perfume " allergy " so

they sent me to AAE, which is a very similar treatment. By this time I

was pretty clued up with the multifactorial background to my ASD and

when I asked the practitioner what effect having dysbiosis would have

on the treatment efficacy he conferred with a colleague in another

room and then refused me treatment because it " doesn't work on people

with dysbiosis " due to the fact that gut flora have such a huge

influence on the body's balance, particularly the immune system.

Now I'm chelating and my gut is healing, my intolerances and allergies

are leaving anyway.

My thoughts are that these kind of therapies bring balance back to the

body, but it won't be permanent until what is CAUSING the imbalance in

the first place is removed/healed.

Best of luck, they do work for some.....

Kelle.
