Guest guest Posted March 20, 2001 Report Share Posted March 20, 2001 just to let everyone know-because i am soooo happy-we won our appeal for the DOCband. i actually cried when they called. just the relief of knowing that we don't have to continue worrying about the $ anymore is a relief in itself. i feel like were on our way now. they said that normally it takes several appeals to get an answer, but because we sent such a detailed letter, photos and paperwork from the fda etc... we had enough of a paper trail that they could follow what went wrong with the STARband and see the differences etc. i feel soooo good right now..... lisa PS: worth all the hours put into the package!
