Guest guest Posted March 16, 2001 Report Share Posted March 16, 2001 Hi everyone, What a stressful weekend we had. has been on and off sick for 3 weeks. Every time we thought she was better, she would throw up again. She also didn't want to eat her food and then didn't want her bottle either. Diarrhea developed....... ended up in the hospital with an i.v. to get hydrated. They also did other tests - pricked her finger a few times for blood, catheter for urine. Everything came up negative. We were there two nights and finally came home. They never figured out what was wrong. I'm glad it wasn't serious, but it was so heartbreaking to see go through all of that. The first 2 nights home, she woke up screaming for me to come to her in the middle of the night. is taking her bottle now, although she isn't really interested in solids. (Before 3 weeks ago, she loved her food) We were told she had a bug to "she has feeding issues" (we don't buy that one!) Anyway, she is better. She didn't wear her helmet while in the hospital and I was worried that she wouldn't readjust well, but she didn't know the difference!!
