Guest guest
I really think that Anne hit the nail on the head with this one, it's viral. Especially since he just had roseola and the stims came on so quickly. I don't think it's yeast but the test you are talking about is notoriously wrong about that. IMHO, better to give Virastop and lots of C and be prepared for yeast. OLE and/or Elderberry extract would also be good. And maybe some immune support like Colostrum, Beta Glucan 1,3, Lactoferrin and/or Transfer Factor thrown in as I find the antiviral stuff just works better if something is propping up the immune system. Best wishes, I hope your little guy feels better soon, and you also. [ ] big stims cont. I am really worried about my son. His stims are just so bad. Especially his vocal stims...this loud AH AH AH. He doesn't seem to be in pain, just excited or sometimes annoyed. And the rash on his butt has gotten REALLY bad. With such a bad rash you would think that yeast would have shown up in a test, but it didn't. I am really sensitive to noise so this yelling is really upsetting me!! UGH! Also, he is just not sleeping well at all. He is 5 and only sleeping 8 hours a night...that's 3-4 hours too little. Any advice would be appreciated. Guest guest
I am glad wrote about immune supports. After I posted, I realized that that was probably a better answer. We can't even run the antivirals here well, but have seen great things with colostrum and other immune support. The antivirals will have to come later. The other thing you might have to come to terms with is the possibility (probability?) that your son will continue to have issues like this until you finish chelating him and get his immune system sorted out.... For my son, rash on his butt meant either yeast overgrowth or food intolerance [orange and green foods, primarily]. Dana
Guest guest
What's his diet like? Yeast protocol? Supplements added, subtracted, changed recently? If you're chelating, please tell us chelator, dose, dosing schedule, and how much he weighs. If he's not toilet trained, what kind of diapers/pull-ups does he use? What diaper rash products (some contain ingredients like bismuth) if any? <dannenedrummond@...> wrote: > > I am really worried about my son. Guest guest
First I want to say that 2 weeks ago he was diagnosed with Roseola (6th disease) got better then today he was diagnosed with 5th disease!! 2 big viruses in 2 weeks. > What's his diet like? eats like a typical toddler, chicken nuggets, pb & js, lots of fruits, cheese (we tried GFCF+other things) Yeast protocol? none but he had a week of diflucan before the first virus Supplements added, subtracted, changed recently? I stopped supplements If you're chelating, please tell us chelator, dose, dosing schedule, and how much he weighs. Stopped TD-DMPS a while back, he weighs 40 If he's not toilet trained, what kind of diapers/pull-ups does he use? He wears pullups at night ... huggies... but he has been using those for a few years What diaper rash products (some contain ingredients like bismuth) if any? I have put nystatin cream on the rash We need to start the biomed up again but have to find a doctor first. I want to start a few things now though that are safe. Any suggestions? He didn't do well with enzymes or the diet.
