Guest guest
Hi Janice, Welcome to parallel universe that is autism. Some people on this list chelate without a doctor. Some use a DAN! doc. My name is Janice and I am brand new to the group. I have a four year old son with autism. He is non verbal. He speaks gibberish and squeaks, that is his now language. As many other children- he regressed around 2 years old. He once talked a lot and was very social. Once he hit one years old he received 7 shots including the MMR shot. Then 5 months later, he received 6 more shots including the Flu shot. So in a 5 month span 13 shots total. He started to get sick all the time with numerous ear infections after that. That is when he started to slip away. In august I found a mother who told me to do a porphyrin test to see if there is a metal toxicity. I did and it came back with a mercury toxic effect way over the maxium. My question is: Is a DAN doctor the only one who can chelate my son from this poison. I really can't afford the amount they charge. I just don't understand why the hospital will chelate lead but not mercury. Why one metal but not the other? One mother told me it is because lead points the finger at the paint industry and mercury points the finger at the doctors. I am so new to this and it doesn't make since to me why a hospital will not take poison out of my child. Any help to help me understand would be appreicated!! Thanks, Janice

No. In fact often DAN doctors use methods that cause further harm to poisoned kids because they don't understand what they are doing. You are the one who is in a position to chelate your child safely. Read through the frequently asked questions of this group; read through these web pages: http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/ These two books: http://www.noamalgam.com/ http://www.noamalgam.com/hairtestbook.html There are a number of files in the files section here that are useful too. Be thankful because improper chelation causes more harm than good. J One > mother told me it is because lead points the finger at the paint > industry and mercury points the finger at the doctors.
