ALA in capsules, not tablets

Hello,

im going to buy ALA in capsules, containing 300mg of ALA. Any

suggestions, how do i divide this into 6 servings ? Can i mix it into

a liquid or something ? The same applies for DMSA.

You will have to empty the capsule onto a flat plat or dish, and then

cut it with a knife into six equal piles. You can mix it into whatever

you want, but bear in mind that once mixed with liquids it should be

used within a short time frame. Same with dmsa.

I would suggest to make your life easier, you find lower dose

capsules. It is very hard to make six piles, versus three or two. We

found ala in 25 mg capsules and dmsa in 25 mg capsules. So we only

have to divide the powder in half.
