You'll do great! ) Kendra in CanadaFor more plagio info, visitwww.plagiocephaly.org/support... ----- Original Message ----- From: April and Plagiocephaly Sent: Monday, March 26, 2001 8:31 PM Subject: Thanks & Woohoo Thanks to everyone for all your advice and words of suppoort. I was glad to hear that all of the helmets are lopsided. I guess we were thinking that the helmet would be round and the foam would be shaped to her head. (Hello brain bubble) The helmet would have to be shaped to her head to shape the foam. LOL. We just didn't realize that her ears were so miss alligned esp. when the orthotist had told us at the casting that she was fairly symetrical. Like they say looks can be decieving. I couldn't wait to get on and tell everyone that tonight Bri keapt staring into the Dinning Room & I couldn't figure out why. She started to fuss so I picked her up and walked her around as soon as I got into the dinning room she reached for her helmet. She always likes to hold it but this is the first time she has fussed in order to get the helmet. Tonight is going to be her first night sleeping in it. Wish her luck please. She just had a bath and I am off to bask in her freshly washed hair smell untill helmet time. Thanks,April (Mommy to Bri & Mandy)
Guest guest
April, That helmet will become a part of her before you know it. is very attached to hers and when it is off she wants to hold it and tries to put it back on!! (very cute - especially since there is NO way she could get it on herself!!) Marci (Mom to ) Oklahoma
